This statement describes the privacy policy, which applies to the Iomega European website (the Privacy Policy). To protect your privacy, we follow the principles described opposite.

Personal Information
As a natural part of placing an order with, you must provide us information that identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Information"). It is our practice to take the Personal Information you provide and incorporate it into our database. In our database we keep track of the names and addresses of our customers as well as their product interests. Credit card information is never transferred to our customer database and is only used for collection purposes.

Personal Information Collected and Use
We ask you for Personal Information and use it in the following circumstances:
- When you register an account in order to place your order or download software, we need to know your username, password, name, e-mail address, delivery address and credit card number with expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
- We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you quickly with respect to your order. For international deliveries, this number will be given to our couriers.
- When we assist you with technical information, we may ask for your name, e-mail address and telephone number.
- When you enter a contest or participate in a promotional offer, we may ask you for your name, address and e-mail address, so that we can administer the contest and notify the winners.
- To contact you for feedback in an online survey, we may ask you for your customer preferences.
- To provide you with personalized and targeted information regarding your account, important functionality changes to our website, enhancements to our service and special offers on how to better take advantage of our service, we may ask you for information on what types of products or services you use.
- To personalize your shopping experience, we may collect information about the products and services purchased on our website.

Choice / Opt-Out Policy
We do not want to use your Personal Information if you don't want us to do so. We will always keep your information in case we need to notify you of a potential safety problem or recall of a product but we will identify you as a user who does not wish to receive any further promotional information. When you place your order with Iomega Europe, there is a box at the end of the order form asking whether you want your information removed from our database. We've also provided you with the following form on the Iomega login page to ask us to remove your Personal Information from our list of customer.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone for general use.
- We will send your Personal Information to other reputable and trustworthy companies or people when we have your consent to share the information as indicated on the appropriate opt-in section of the order form if:
* We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
* We need to send the information to companies who work on our behalf to provide a product or service to you;
* We want to help them contact you for marketing purposes;
* We believe their product and service offerings will be of interest to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them beyond what is necessary to assist us).

We provide you with the means to ensure the Personal Information collected and stored in your personal account ("Personal Profile") is accurate, complete and current. You may review and update your Personal Profile at any time by going on the Iomega login page. There, you may:
- View, edit, update, correct and/or delete the Personal Information you have already given us;
- Tell us whether you want us to send you marketing information, or whether you want third parties to send you marketing information.

Use by Children
This website is not directed for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). If you are under eighteen, you should not provide information on this website and should ask your parent or authorized guardian to do so for you. Therefore, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information about individuals under eighteen. If we receive such information, we delete it as soon as we discover it and do not use it for any purpose.
